His expertise in building strong relationships
Vinit calls himself a life and business coach. He emphasizes on giving importance to life besides business for business is a part of life. He trains and educates people especially entrepreneurs about various aspects of life.
A thoroughly dependable person, Vinit always puts himself in his client’s shoes to show them the areas they should focus on. Vinit says, “The greatest challenge people face is to concentrate on one thing at a time. They get diverted losing focus of their primary objective. So I say the main thing in life is to keep the main things as main things”.
People are even ready to work with him sans any salary only to get his advice and to receive a life direction from him. The kind of knowledge and understanding of life he shares with people, the way he handholds them during tough times, and helps them overcome challenges is truly commendable.
Understanding people and identifying their blind spots is one of Vinit‘s greatest strengths. He instantly sees through the factors that obstruct people from growth. This very quality Vinit brings to BOC where he is involved in:
Root cause analysis of problems and providing solutions to accelerate growth
Understanding every person individually and working one-on-one with every member
Training to communicate to develop bonds, speak with clarity, build an image, and more
The surprise element at BOC as to not knowing who he would be meeting in the next meeting fascinates Vinit. Further, he believes, “Growth happens through new people and BOC is a gateway to meet interesting and powerful people”.
Apart from being associated with BOC, Vinit is the national head of education at Saturday Club, a community NGO working to promote entrepreneurship amidst the locals of Maharashtra. Connected with the group for the past 12 years, Vinit has visited 60 cities of Maharashtra in the past 5 years, educating people through a free professional 1-year program.
