The efforts of Rajesh, Rohit, and Vinit inspired me to a great extent to join BOC. But most importantly it was the concept of learning together and growing together that drew me towards the group. It is a community providing a good bouncing board, where you can validate your ideas and thoughts.

It boosted my confidence in my own decisions as there was a group I could talk to and follow up for advice. A lot of learning was happening at the same time.

For me, it was more of a mindset shift along with a lot of intangible learning, which had a strong positive impact in my business and was instrumental in my personal growth.

For a first-generation entrepreneur like me, there is no community to lean on in times of need or to go and express myself. Also as a first-generation entrepreneur, unless you influence yourself you will not be able to impact your business. So BOC provides all the support you need as a new entrepreneur.

It’s like being in an ocean of wisdom. It’s up to you what you want to become. It can also be cited as an ocean of opportunities thrown up at you.

Besides, it helps open up your mind. You approach your business in a more positive manner. You have a chance to look up to the opportunities around you. As you learn from others learning, you get a chance to avoid mistakes others make. So everything comes to you on a platter.

BOC impacted me personally and in return it impacted my business. It had an automatic influence on my decision making power, improved my focus, and there has been an overall growth.
